Munich; November 14, 2022 – Publicis Groupe [Euronext Paris FR0000130577, CAC 40] today announces the acquisition of the Czech company VIVnetworks, a leading affiliate marketing agency in Central and Eastern Europe. With a portfolio of more than 900 clients from 27 countries, VIVnetworks helps e-commerce brands strengthen their performance marketing activities to achieve higher sales and faster growth in Central and Eastern Europe and globally.
Worldwide advertising spending in affiliate marketing is $14 billion and growing. They are expected to reach $15.7 billion by 2024.
